- Information about the Candle Fundraiser:
All of our Candles are 26 ounces and they are Double Scented and Double
Wicked. The fundraiser will run until Wednesday, January 20th. If you have
any questions please contact Janine Gabriele at 570-822-6184.
- Profit:
The candles sell for $15.00 each and your profit is $5.00 per candle. You are to
keep the profit and only submit the payment to KaPow for $10.00 per candle. This can be used for anything such as Qualifiers or the NIT to help defray the cost!!
- Delivery:
We will deliver your candles to one of our practice dates within a week
after the sale ends.
- Payment:
Please print the order form and complete for every sale made. We ask you to
collect cash or checks payable to yourself. Then when you are ready to place
your order, please write 1 check payable to KaPow. Remember you are only
paying $10.00 per candle. The $5.00 profit per candle is yours to keep. Please
mail the order form with 1 check payable to KaPow to the following address by
January 20th:
We are continuing to offer the Gertrude Hawk fundraiser. The fundraiser was very popular, so we are
placing another order. Below are the instructions for ordering.
Each box contains 48 candy bars, sold for $1.00 a piece. You will receive 45 cents on the dollar profit.
In order for us to participate in this fundraiser we need to order a minimum of 20 boxes of candy. Each box’s profit is $21.60.
This fundraiser will work a little differently than the other fund-raisers. In order to send
Gertrude Hawk their part of the money, we are asking that you pay $26.40 up front per box.
These checks will be made payable to KaPow. You will then keep the profits you make from the sale.
You can order as many boxes as you would like but each will need to be paid for up front.

All candy will be picked up at Maureen Anistranski’s house. This will be an ongoing fundraiser.

Options
The
FIRST option is to sell either a medium 12” pizza or a large 16” pizza certificate.
The buyer can redeem the pizza certificate at their convenience – they don’t have to pick
up a product at any specific time.

Each pizza certificate specifies:
- The size and number of cuts for each pizza.
- Toppings and special crusts are extra.
- The certificate has no cash value.
- The pizza certificate is not good in conjunction with other offers.

Buy as many medium and large gift certificates as desired at the discounted rate.
E.g. you buy one medium pizza certificate at the price of $6.99 from us but sell at
the price of $8.99 to a buyer. You keep the $2.00 for KaPow fees. Extra tickets are
available August 21st. No refund for unsold tickets.
The SECOND option is to dine-in at The Dough Company on September 20th, 2009.
20% of each check’s value (excluding tax and tip) will be donated to KaPow Hockey
Klub. These certificates do not need to be sold but given out to your group of friends and
family. This option cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons or discounts.

See www.kapowfh.com to print “20% off Check” vouchers. Include the date
(September 20th – dine in at any time on that date) and your name on each voucher
when distributing to your group. Money will be credited to your individual
account according to your group’s bill amount.

It's time to sell the one and only Krispy Kreme Donuts! We all know how delicious they
taste, but do you know how they can help lower your Klub Fees!?
If you'd like to participate, all you have to do is print off an order form and start selling!
You will have from August 3rd to the 14th to sell as many dozens of donuts as
possible. The purchaser can choose to either buy a ticket for a dozen glazed donuts or
have the box delivered straight to their home. Once the order forms are collected and
the Krispy Kreme delivery is made to the DeLuca household, you will have to retrieve
the tickets/donuts and deliver them to the buyer (act fast because donuts do go stale quickly!).
Each dozen of donuts will be sold for $7.00 a box, and all of the donuts will be glazed(they are the best anyways!).
With each box of donuts you sell, $3.50 will be credited to your “KaPow Piggy Bank.”
The player who sells the most donuts, will get an additional$25.00 off of their Klub Fees, compliments of KaPow!
You must complete the order forms, collect all of the money (any checks should be
payable to KaPow Hockey Klub) and submit the forms and payments by August 14th.

We have some great news! We’ve been offered a fabulous fund raiser opportunity for
this year that’ll be the most fun thing ever! We really hope you’ll join us. You can help
pay your club registration, uniform, and tournament entry fees, and have a blast doing it!
Here’s the deal. We’re REOPENING the River Day Fundraiser!! Our first KaPow River
Day Fundraiser was a success, and we would like to give you the rest of the summer to sell more tickets!
Tickets can be sold for any day for the remainder of the rafting season.
The outfitter has offered to pay you $25 for every rafting ticket you sell. That’s right, $25!!
Sign up a family of four and you’ve earned a quick $100! If you sign up at least 6 paying participants,
the outfitter will include a free trip for you! So get your family and friends on board.
We’ll laugh, scream, splash and soak ourselves silly. It’ll be the most fun you’ll have all year!
Here’s how it works. For each sale, just ask the purchaser to fill out a KaPow Rafting
registration form. If they want to pay by credit card, simply send us the completed form
with credit card info. The outfitter will process the credit card and confirm payment and
registration to the participant(s). If the purchaser prefers to pay by check or money order,
you just collect the payment along with the completed registration form, and forward
them together to us at 5 Pine Tree Road, Mountain Top, PA 18707. Again, the outfitter
will process the payment, and send a confirmation directly to the purchaser, including
their trip time and driving directions to the Rafting Center.
Wanna make this really successful? If you have a Facebook or MySpace page, post the
event on your page, and tell all your online friends about it. Better yet, ask them to post
the event on THEIR page too, listing your name and phone number as the contact person.
With any luck, you can raise hundreds of dollars, and have a great day on the river with
your friends and fellow KaPow players and coaches.
