A great new fundraising idea ... easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Tell all your friends. Recommend our Inspired Field Hockey Camp to your friends (the ones who aren't already KaPow members) We'll deduct $15 from your Klub Fee for each of the new players you invite who signs up for the 2011 Inspired Junior or Adventure Summer Camp.
2. Use our handy Kamp flyer. Use the link below to see the spiffy new flyer we've designed to help you! Make as many copies as you like, and just insert your name where it says “Friend’s Name.” Give the flyers to your friends at school, at church, around the neighborhood, and at sporting events. Anywhere and everywhere. It's a win-win. You'll be helping make Wyoming Valley field hockey stronger ... and saving big bucks off your Kapow Klub Fee at the same time!
3. Helpful reminders. Your $15 credit applies to Camp registrants who aren't already members of the KaPow Indoor Hockey Klub. Remind your friend(s) to fill in your name on the online Camp Registration Form where it asks if a KaPow Klub player recommended this Camp.
Be sure your friends realize that our Camps are based on top level coaching, while at the same time offering new and exciting adventures. On the last day of the Junior & Adventure Camps, the entire Camp will go rafting down the Lehigh River! Also, overnight campers will stay in tents, and play campground games during the evening.

We have some great news! Once again, we’ve been offered a fabulous fund raiser opportunity by Whitewater Challengers! We really hope you’ll join us. You can help pay your club registration fees, and have a blast doing it!
Here’s the deal. The official KaPow River Day will be on July 17th!
If your friends can’t make that day, you can sell tickets for any other day during the rafting season
as well and they will still count towards the fundraiser! In order to earn credit for the rafting fundraiser, all reservations for rafting trips must be submitted before July 17th even if their trip date is after July 17th. We cannot give you credit for this fundraiser if the reservation is not booked through the fundraiser forms.
The outfitter has offered to pay you $25 towards your club fee for every rafting ticket you sell.
Sign up a family of four and you’ve earned a quick $100! If you sign up at least 6 paying participants,
the outfitter will include a free trip for you! So get your family and friends on board.
It’ll be the most fun you’ll have all year!
Here’s how it works. For each sale, just ask the purchaser to fill out a KaPow Rafting
Reservation Form. If they want to pay by credit card, simply send us the completed form
with credit card info. The outfitter will process the credit card and confirm payment and
registration to the participant(s). If the purchaser prefers to pay by check or money order,
you just collect the payment along with the completed reservation form, and forward
them together to us at 5 Pine Tree Road, Mountain Top, PA 18707. Again, the outfitter
will process the payment, and send a confirmation directly to the purchaser, including
their trip time and driving directions to the Rafting Center.
Remember, to count toward your fund raiser, reservations MUST be made on a
KaPow Rafting Reservation Form, and be paid in full at least two weeks in advance.
Wanna make this really successful? If you have a Facebook or MySpace page, post the
event on your page, and tell all your online friends about it.
Better yet, ask them to post the event on THEIR page too, listing your name and phone number as the contact person.
With any luck, you can raise hundreds of dollars, and have a great day on the
river with your friends and fellow KaPow players and coaches.

* Any money fundraised can only be credited towards KaPow Klub Membership Fees, there is no cash value and it is non-transferrable. If you fundraise over the amount of the Membership Fee, the money will roll over to next years Membership Fee. If you are a senior or do not come back to the Klub, the money will be donated to the KaPow Kitty.
