Directions to Crestwood High School
From Interstate 80, Mountain Top Exit #262...
Follow Rt. 309 north about 7 miles to the Crestwood High School on your left. Follow
the paved road around the left (south) side of the school building to the turf field
behind the school.
From Hazleton...
If your hotel is close to I-81, take I-81 north to I-80; then east on I-80 to Mountain Top
Exit #262; then north on Rt. 309 as described above. Or, if your hotel is closer to Rt.
309 in Hazleton, simply follow Rt. 309 north toward I-80. Stay on Rt. 309 north until
you pass underneath I-80. Then follow directions above to the high school.
From the Whitewater Rafting Center...
Turn left at the rafting center exit. Go 300 yards on Stagecoach Road to a stop sign.
Turn left onto Buck Mountain Road. Go 1.0 mile to a stop sign. Turn left onto Lehigh
Gorge Drive. Go 4.8 miles to a stop sign. Turn right onto Rt. 940 East. Go 0.5 mile to
I-80. Go west on I-80 to Mountain Top Exit #262. Then follow Rt. 309 north as
described above, to the high school.
From points south along I-81...
Follow I-81 north to I-80. Go east on I-80 to Mountain Top Exit #262. Then follow Rt.
309 north as described above, to the high school.
From Wilkes Barre, Pittston and points north along I-81...
Follow I-81 south to Rt. 309 south (Mountain Top Exit). At the bottom of the exit ramp,
turn left at traffic light onto Rt. 309 south. Go about 6.5 miles to the Crestwood High
School entrance on the right. Follow the paved road around the left (south) side of the
school building to the turf field behind the school.
Directions to Whitewater Challengers
From Route 80 Exit 273 (old exit 40 in PA)...
Go west on Route 940 for 1/2 mile. Turn left onto Lehigh Gorge Drive. Go 4.8 miles
and turn right onto Buck Mountain Road. Go 1 mile to first intersection. Turn right again
onto North Stagecoach Road. Go 300 yards to our entrance on the right.
From NYC and north Jersey...
Take Route 80 west into PA to Exit 273 (old exit 40) ; then follow directions above.
From Philadelphia and south Jersey...
Take the Northeast Extension of PA Turnpike (Route 476) to Exit 95 (old exit 35); west
on Route 80 to Exit 273 (old exit 40); then follow directions at top.
From central New Jersey...
Take Interstate 78 west to Phillipsburg exit (last exit in NJ), then Route 22 west to PA,
then Route 33 north to Route 80 west to Exit 273 (old exit 40); then follow directions at
top.
From Harrisburg or Binghamton...
Take Route 81 to Route 80 in PA. Then east on Route 80 to Exit 273 (old exit 40); then
